Where we deliver
Hot sauce ships nationally within South Africa. Tiramisu is coming soon and is not yet available for pickup, pre-order or delivery.
Delivery fee
Delivery fees are not fixed. They are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the courier option you choose, and will be shown to you before you complete your order.
Delivery arrangements
Delivery is arranged after your order has been placed and payment has been received. We will contact you using the details supplied with your order to confirm the applicable delivery date and any relevant arrangements.
Please ensure that:
Your delivery address and contact number are correct;
Someone is available to receive the order at the agreed time;
We are given any necessary access, security or estate instructions; and
You respond promptly if our delivery partner contacts you.
Fresh and perishable products
Tiramisu and other chilled products are made in small batches and should be refrigerated as soon as they are received. Please follow the storage and use-by information supplied with the product.
Because fresh products are time-sensitive, they must be received by the customer or an authorised person at the agreed delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for deterioration caused by a customer’s absence, delayed receipt, or failure to refrigerate a product promptly after delivery.
Failed or delayed deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, no one is available, access is not possible, or we cannot reach you, we will contact you to arrange the next step. Additional delivery costs may apply.
While we do our best to meet agreed delivery arrangements, delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, supplier delays, load shedding, courier availability or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
