Ordering & Shipping
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Not yet. Right now everything ships within South Africa only. If that changes, this is the first line I'd update.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
How long will my order take to arrive?
On the back end, everything is produced in small batches to ensure every bottle is as delicious as the next. I will aim to have your package with you in 3 to 5 working days. I also focus on creating great products for you and leave the courier to the professionals, so hopefully you don’t get stuck in a spice emergency.
Can I collect my order in person?
Pickup is not currently an option, however keep an eye out on my socials on where you can shop our products in store in case the spice emergency is urgent.
The Hot Sauces
What makes your hot sauces different?
Everything's made fresh, no pre-made pastes, no precut shortcuts. The fruit and veg are seasonal, so the colour might vary slightly bottle to bottle, that's freshness, not inconsistency. No artificial colourants, flavours, or preservatives, ever.
How spicy are they?
Every bottle carries the same heat scale, from Good Luck! (hottest) down to Just a Tickle (mildest):
Kiwi & Jalapeño — Heating Up
Roasted Pineapple & Habanero — Sweating
Spicy Miso, Lime & Roasted Garlic — Feeling Hot
Spicy Passion Fruit — Sweating
Spicy Roasted Tomato & Basil — Just a Tickle
How should I store them?
Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening. Best consumed within 6 months of opening.
Can I buy the full set?
Yes, you can purchase the For The Love of Spice set which has all five flavours for R524.99. See you next month for your next set.
Tiramisu
Can I order Tiramisu directly through the site?
Tiramisu isn't available to order online at the moment. Catch it at one of my pop-ups instead, keep an eye on @eatingwithariane for dates. I promise they are coming very soon.
How do I find out about upcoming pop-ups?
I know you hate to hear this but keep an eye on my socials for more information. If you’re signed up to my newsletter you’ll be the first to know!
Will Tiramisu ever be available to order online?
As the brand grows, I'm planning to open small pre-order windows now and then. Not a standing thing yet, so the best way to catch one is to follow along rather than check back on this page.
Payments & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
All credit & debit cards are accepted as well as Apple Pay.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Should anything be out of sorts with your package once delivered please do reach out.
Can I return a hot sauce if I don't like it?
All sales are final. I’m also very certain you’ll be loving it from the first drop.
